Applications:

Pyruvic aldehyde is used in the amalgam and cytotoxicity appraisal of N-terminal analogues of tubulysin-U an antimitotic compound. Also used in the amalgam of imidazoles as almighty calcitonin gene-related CGRP antagonists.
